Before Arrival
If you come directly from a harbor outside the Faroe Islands, you need to contact the immigration and customs.

Arrival
Upon arrival you need to contact the Harbour Office on the duty phone, to give ETA and be assigned a berth. The guest berths are on the West side of “bátabrúgvarnar”. Large vessels will be assigned berths depending on availability.

The difference between high and low water in the port of Klaksvík is max. 1,4 metres.

Charges
a.  From May 1st till September 30th the charge is 200 DKK per day. Maximum days of docking are 10 days; from the 11th day the charge is 500 DKK per day.

b.  From October 1st till April 30th the charge is 100 DKK per day Maximum days of docking are 10 days; from 11th day the charge is 250 Dkk per day.

Electricity
Electricity is available in the mooring area. Call duty number for purchasing electricity.

Water
Water is available free of charge in the mooring area.

Fuel
Contact the local gas stations for fuel

Garbage
You can place your garbage in the bins in the mooring area.

Departure
Call the duty phone before departure. All dues need to be paid before departure.
