On Friday, May 9th, the Port of Klaksvík welcomed its first cruise ship of the year, marking the beginning of the 2025 cruise season. Approximately 1,200 passengers were on board, bringing a lively atmosphere to the town as visitors explored the streets, shops, and local attractions.
The visit was met with great satisfaction from both the cruise line and the passengers, who expressed their appreciation for the warm hospitality and scenic surroundings. Local organizations, including Visit North and the Port of Klaksvík, also reported a successful and well-organized visit.
